Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative support professional to provide front-line access control, badging, vehicle registration, visitor processing, records management, correspondence support, law enforcement system data entry, fingerprinting, photography, parking support, and classified/sensitive document disposal support for US Army client.
Responsibilities
- Process installation access requests, badges, passes, and identification credentials for military, civilian, contractor, vendor, and visitor personnel.
- Execute customer in-processing and out-processing activities for personnel requiring access to Arlington Hall Station facilities.
- Process and maintain records for vehicle registration, parking permits, decals, visitor parking, zone parking, and carpool parking programs.
- Verify supporting documentation, including vehicle registration, proof of insurance, driver’s licenses, and other authorization documents to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within government systems, including the Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System, badging databases, and parking management records.
- Schedule and conduct fingerprinting appointments and capture photographs required for installation access credentials and identification cards.
- Receive visitors, answer telephone calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide customer support or route requests to the appropriate office personnel.
- Review, edit, prepare, file, and maintain correspondence, forms, reports, memoranda, and records in accordance with applicable records management requirements.
- Support the Visitor Control Center and Provost Marshal Office by processing parking citations, conducting law enforcement database inquiries, and maintaining accountability of controlled identification documents.
- Process classified and sensitive materials for disposal and maintain accountability of records and documents in accordance with government security procedures.
- Utilize computers, printers, cameras, scanners, lamination equipment, and Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of relevant administrative, office management, customer service, security administration, visitor control, military personnel support, or government administrative experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Experience supporting a military installation, federal agency, Department of Defense organization, law enforcement office, visitor control center, or secure facility is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining records, processing forms, and supporting document management activities in a professional office environment.
- Ability to operate office equipment, including scanners, printers, cameras, and other administrative support tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, government personnel, contractors, and visitors.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Army, National Guard, War Department, or federal government administrative operations.
- Experience with badging, credentialing, installation access control, vehicle registration programs, or visitor processing.
- Familiarity with ARIMS, ALERTS, or similar government personnel, records management, or law enforcement databases.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
