Job Description
The Systems Engineer supports DLP modernization, cloud security integration, CASB tooling, DSPM enhancement, and Microsoft Purview deployment. The role includes configuration, test planning, workflow tuning, AI/ML augmentation, and operational lifecycle support across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain DLP policies, detection rules, and exception workflows.
- Support testing, implementation, and triage for cloud DLP and CASB technologies.
- Conduct DSPM data classification, discovery, access mapping, and reporting.
- Develop test plans, operational guidance, and deployment documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and participate in change review processes.
- Support automation, metrics generation, and AI‑based detection tuning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
- 5–10 years experience in security systems engineering.
- Experience with DLP, CASB, cloud security platforms, and SIEM/SOAR.
- Familiarity with Splunk, automation workflows, and multi‑environment deployments.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
