DISA - A U.S. War Department organization responsible for operating secure, mission‑critical datacenters that support global defense operations 24/7/365 relies on advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS) to maintain precise environmental control, system reliability, and operational readiness.

Work with industry‑leading BAS platforms—such as MEIDS/Genesis64, Delta Controls, and Automated Logic—in a high‑trust, cybersecurity‑focused environment. All roles support essential infrastructure and require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Overview

Lead enterprise BAS program operations, reporting, QCP execution, SWO coordination, and stakeholder engagement across multi-site DISA datacenters.

Responsibilities

·       Own project schedules, deliverables, risks, and quality metrics.
·       Facilitate weekly meetings with COR, site managers, and IT/security.
·       Coordinate Surge Work Orders \(SWOs\) and modifications.
·       Ensure deliverables meet Section 508 and contractual standards.
·       Track training, documentation, and accreditation milestones.

Qualifications

·       7+ years project/program management in mission-critical facilities.
·       BAS/controls background; familiarity with MEIDS/Delta/ALC.
·       Experience with QCPs, CPARS, and federal reporting.
·       PMP or equivalent preferred; active SECRET clearance.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
